Job Description
Our dynamic real estate firm seeks a client Communications Officer to bridge the gap between our Legal Department and Customer Service team.
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting legal documentation and crafting timely, accurate, and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring that our clients receive consistent, high-quality communication throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and refine email responses relating to client inquiries on legal documentation (e.g., contracts, title documents, allocation letters, deed of assignment, etc.).
Serve as the liaison between the Legal Department and Customer Service/Client Success teams.
Translate legal terms and procedures into client-friendly, professional language.
Track and manage client documentation statuses to support accurate and timely updates.
Maintain and update legal response templates and communication SOPs.
Collaborate with internal legal counsel to ensure all outbound information is compliant and correct.
Qualifications & Skills:
A degree in Law (LL.B), Legal Studies, or related discipline.
(Pre-NYSC or currently serving corps member is an advantage)
1–2 years' experience in legal support, legal admin, or client-facing legal communication (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
Strong legal writing and communication skills—must be able to draft clearly and professionally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive under tight timelines.
Tech-savvy and familiar with using documentation tools, Google Live Sheets, Microsoft, Outlook, and other platforms
Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
