Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
* Support performance appraisal and staff evaluation processes.
* Coordinate training and development activities.
* Administer payroll and employee benefits in collaboration with the finance team.
* Organize and maintain employee files and HR documents.
* Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in an HR role or administrative support.
* Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, okota, lagos state.
