Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
* Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Support the manager in achieving financial and operational targets.
* Help with scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Assist with marketing, promotions, and events to increase business performance.

REQUIREMENTS

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of basic financial and operational principles.
