IT Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide first-level support to employees via chat, email, or in person
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Support inventory management of IT equipment
- Document technical processes and solutions
- Help with setting up new user accounts and workstations

- ERP Support: Assist users with queries and minor configurations on ERP like Odoo
- Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues for consistent connectivity
- Hardware Support: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Application Support: Install, configure, and resolve issues with software used across the organization
- Cybersecurity Support: Assist in basic security tasks such as updates, system checks, and monitoring
- Technical Documentation: Maintain records of system configurations, inventories, and procedures
- User Support: Provide timely day-to-day assistance for IT-related issues
- System Monitoring: Observe system performance and escalate concerns as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and other related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
