URGENT HIRING:

ColouredSpaces Ltd is looking for a versatile and highly organised Personal Assistant & Social Media Manager to support senior management and elevate our digital presence.

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Summary:

This dual-function role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on social media management. You’ll work closely with executives to ensure smooth daily operations while also curating and managing content across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and personal support to senior executives

• Manage schedules, appointments, travel, and internal communication

• Oversee social media content, scheduling, and engagement

• Collaborate on branding, visuals, and online campaigns

• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

• Support internal operations and assist with digital strategy execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in social media tools and content planning

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Smart, organized, and eager to grow

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
