The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of privacy and cybersecurity laws, regulations, and best practices, with solid experience in business development.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new business opportunities within the privacy and cybersecurity sector while ensuring full compliance with all relevant privacy and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to boost revenue and market share in the privacy and cybersecurity space.
• Identify and qualify new clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead the sales process including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity requirements in all solutions.
• Stay informed on current trends, laws, and regulations in privacy and cybersecurity and communicate insights effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance matters.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development and sales, preferably in the privacy and cybersecurity industry.
• Strong knowledge of privacy and cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proven ability in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
