Head of Account (Retail). This pivotal role offers the exciting opportunity to be the face of our client to

As Head of Account (Retail), you won't just manage accounts; you'll cultivate them. You'll be the

strategic person behind maximising sales, identifying untapped opportunities, and cementing long-

What you'll do:
 Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture robust, lasting relationships with our key
retail partners, becoming their trusted advisor.
 Sales Growth Driver: Formulate and execute innovative account strategies to consistently
achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets.
 Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding our
product footprint within existing accounts.
 Data-Driven: Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insightful recommendations and
drive informed business choices.
 Negotiation Excellence: Lead contract negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements
that fuel our growth.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and supply chain
teams to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
 A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. And a minimum
of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development,
specifically within the retail or consumer electronics sector.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that can inspire confidence
and close deals.
 A verifiable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical
abilities for interpreting complex data into actionable strategies.
 The ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced,
competitive environment.
 Deep understanding of retail operations and the dynamics of the Nigerian consumer
electronics market.
