Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to new and existing customers. This role involves identifying customer needs, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits, follow-ups, and support.
Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication.
Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients when necessary.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
