Job Description

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (10am-6pm)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant that will manage schedules, handle confidential documents, and coordinate travel arrangements, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact by handling communications and correspondence
• Manage calendar ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and
preparing detailed itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents while maintaining
strict confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with personal errands and household tasks as required.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments.

Requirements:

• BSc in a related field.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Female preferably.
• Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or very close proximity for easy accessibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and tools like Canvas or similar platform.
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
