What You'll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflows across all departments
• Managing photography and video shoots, editing schedules, and rental bookings
• Developing business strategies to attract new clients and expand studio visibility
• Leading and motivating a creative team of photographers, editors, and admin staff
• Ensuring excellent customer experience from inquiry to project delivery
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and partners for seamless operations

Requirements:
Proven experience managing a creative or multimedia studio
Strong business development and sales acumen
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proximity to Lekki is very important
Familiarity with photography, videography, editing workflows, and studio equipment is a plus
