Job Description

Reports to: General Manager / Architect
Role Summary: Measure and map land features to guide design and development
Job Description:
The Surveyor conducts land and property surveys to support construction, development, and legal processes at Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring accurate measurements and compliance with regulations.

Key Duties:
 Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS and other tools.
 Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for projects.
 Verify land ownership and boundaries for property transactions.
 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project planning.
 Ensure surveys meet regulatory and industry standards.
 Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for accuracy.
 Conduct field inspections and resolve boundary disputes as needed.

Qualifications:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of surveying experience.
Proficiency in surveying software and equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS).
Registration with the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) is an advantage.

Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
