Job Summary
Our client is a forward-thinking digital lending platform committed to providing fast, secure, and affordable financial solutions to individuals and businesses. Which leverage technology to bridge financial gaps, enabling financial inclusion and economic empowerment across Africa. We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing loan application volumes, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients through direct marketing, referrals, and online/offline channels.
* Promote organisations loan products to individuals and SMEs.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Manage the sales pipeline and track customer data using CRM tools.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organisations services.
* Support digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and SEO/SEM.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
* Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve service delivery.
* Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.
* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and marketing activity updates.
* Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in fintech, financial services, or micro-lending).
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital tools including MS Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
