Job Description

*ABOUT US (AGRIC&CULTURE)*
We are a fast growing Food Condiments Manufacturing Company specializing in high-quality mayonnaise and seasoning products. As we expand our footprint across new markets, we’re seeking a motivated Area Development Manager (Neighborhood Sales Manager) to drive sales, build distribution, and lead a dedicated field team in assigned neighborhoods.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
*1. Lead & Manage a Formidable Sales Team* - Supervise, Mentor and develop a team of 6 (a driver and field sales personnel).

*2. Drive Sales and Distribution* - in 10 Designated Areas with Lagos

*3. Market Development* - Develop and implement strategies to make our products easily accessible to the food businesses (esp. Shawarma Businesses, that rely on them, everyday) in your designated areas

*4. Achieve Growth Targets* - Significantly increase revenues and meet sales goals in your assigned areas.

*QUALIFICATION & SKILLS*
*1. Experience* - Minimum of 3 years of Neighborhood Sales Management experience (or equivalent).

*2. Leadership Abilities* - Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed targets.

*3. Sales Savvy* - Strong knowledge of local markets, food service distribution, and building relationships with key stakeholders

*4. Excellent Communication* - Ability to communicate clearly with team members, distributors, and customers.
