Job Description

Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related Field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the rigid plastic packaging industry (e.g., PET, HDPE, PP)
Strong knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, and closure manufacturing processes.
Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD), particularly in bottles, tubs, or closures.
Familiarity with sustainable packaging innovations, such as light weighting and recycled PET.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business by targeting clients seeking innovative rigid plastic packaging solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for PET preforms, closures, bottles, tubs, and lids to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Production & QC teams to design and commercialize new packaging formats.
Conduct market research to identify trends in PET packaging, closures, and containers.
Participate in industry events to showcase new solutions
Collaborate with clients on custom mold development and integration of smart packaging features.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with brand owners, packaging engineers, procurement professionals, and other key decision-makers.
Liaise between clients and production teams to ensure feasibility of new designs.
Oversee end-to-end project execution including prototyping, testing, approval processes, and full production scale-up for successful product launches.
