Job Description
Sales executives
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ajah, Lagos Island.
Salary: ₦200,000 (Gross Salary) + Commission + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive sales of the company’s real estate products and services.
-Close deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets.
-Generate and convert leads through both online and offline channels.
-Follow up effectively with prospects to maintain a solid sales pipeline.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
-Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
-Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the team.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience with high closing skills (real estate experience is an added advantage).
-Strong ability to close deals outright and follow up consistently.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High standard of ethics and workplace behavior.
-Ability to work independently and proactively.
-Strong digital and physical marketing skills.
-Must reside on the Island, Lagos.
-Male & Female applicants are welcome.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
