Job Description
The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through excellent sales service.
This role requires a confident, well-presented, and articulate individual who can represent the company professionally to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Actively identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Handle negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to develop sales strategies.
Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to support business growth.
Assist with any other tasks related to achieving the company’s sales goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Candidates should possess a 4 years of proven experience in a sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Must have excellent personal grooming, good presentation skills, and a professional appearance appropriate for client-facing engagements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
