Job Summary:
The Janitor/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and orderly environment across guest areas, back-of-house spaces, restrooms, offices, and public areas of the property. This role ensures cleanliness standards are consistently met to support guest satisfaction, safety, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean floors, windows, and surfaces in guest and staff areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean and restock restrooms and public areas.
Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions.
Report any damages, leaks, or repairs needed.
Use cleaning tools and products safely.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of cleaning tasks.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Able to follow instructions and work with little supervision.
Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
