Job Title: Sales Accountant (Manufacturing Exp)
Location: Ogere, Ogun State
Salary: 400k
Key Responsibilities:
Managing financial records: Maintaining accurate records of sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
Invoicing and payment tracking: Preparing and sending invoices to customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding amounts.
Reconciling accounts: Reconciling accounts receivable and payable.
Sales data analysis: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with the sales team: Working with the sales team to achieve sales targets and address commission-related issues.
Compliance and reporting: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and preparing financial reports (e.g., sales reports, monthly/quarterly/annual reports).
Other accounting duties: Performing other accounting tasks as required.
Requirements:
BSc/ HND in accounting or finance
5 years of experience as an accountant in the Manufacturing sector .
Extensive customer service experience.
Ability to increase customer engagement.
Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and time management skills.
