Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to take ownership of our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who understands how to grow an audience, build community, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars

Manage daily posting and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn

Monitor analytics, track growth, and adjust strategy accordingly

Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to align campaigns

Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to foster an engaged online community

Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and opportunities across social platforms

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience managing brand or personal social media accounts

Strong knowledge of content strategy and social media best practices

Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, Buffer or Hootsuite

Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail

Creative, strategic, and self-motivated
