Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and creative digital marketer to lead and execute multi-channel digital strategies for our wellness, hospitality, and renewable energy brands. This role requires a data-driven, brand-savvy professional who understands how to build online presence, generate qualified leads, and grow customer loyalty across diverse but interrelated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Campaign Development
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to each sector.

Align messaging across wellness retreats, eco-resorts, and renewable energy solutions.

Collaborate with creative, product, and operations teams to launch timely campaigns.

2. Social Media Management
Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Curate engaging content, including wellness tips, guest stories, clean energy facts, etc.

Monitor trends and initiate influencer and community partnerships.

3. SEO & Content Marketing
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for organic visibility.

Produce or manage blogs, newsletters, videos, and email series.

Create targeted landing pages for products like spa packages, ecotourism, or solar installations.

4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan and manage PPC, social media ads, retargeting, and Google Display campaigns.

Optimize ad performance across sectors (e.g., bookings, subscriptions, energy audits).

Use funnels and lead magnets (eBooks, quizzes, free trials) to drive conversions.

5. Email Marketing & CRM
Develop automated email flows for nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement.

Maintain subscriber segmentation across customer types (guests, wellness clients, and energy clients).

Track open/click-through rates and refine campaigns accordingly.

6. Web & Analytics
Manage and update websites using WordPress/Wix/Webflow.

Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmaps.

Report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and social engagement.

7. Brand & Reputation Management
Monitor online reviews and manage responses across platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, etc.).

Uphold brand consistency across industries while catering to unique audience needs.

Ensure sustainability and wellness values are embedded in digital storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

2-3+ years of proven digital marketing experience (bonus if across wellness, hospitality, or energy).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and Canva/Adobe.

Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.

Analytical mindset with familiarity in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.

Bonus: experience with automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and video editing.
