Job Description

We’re looking for result-oriented and persuasive B2B Sales Associates (Volunteer, Commission-Based) to drive growth across our business-facing products — including employee care plans, facility cleaning, on-demand workforce support, and tailored service packages for offices and organizations.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations team to bring value to businesses while earning attractive commissions per deal closed.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across various industries

Pitch and present OnIt’s B2B solutions to decision-makers

Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel

Negotiate pricing and close deals in collaboration with the team

Maintain a pipeline and provide regular updates on progress

Represent OnIt with professionalism and clear value propositions

Qualifications:
Prior experience in B2B or corporate sales is an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable reaching out to businesses

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
