Job Description
You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations team to bring value to businesses while earning attractive commissions per deal closed.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across various industries
Pitch and present OnIt’s B2B solutions to decision-makers
Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
Negotiate pricing and close deals in collaboration with the team
Maintain a pipeline and provide regular updates on progress
Represent OnIt with professionalism and clear value propositions
Qualifications:
Prior experience in B2B or corporate sales is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable reaching out to businesses
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
