Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
