Inventory Officer

ABOUT US (THE AGRIC&CULTURE COMPANY)
We are a fast growing Food Condiments Manufacturing Company specializing in high-quality mayonnaise and seasoning products. As we expand our footprint across new markets, we’re seeking a motivated Area Development Manager (Neighborhood Sales Manager) to drive sales, build distribution, and lead a dedicated field team in assigned neighborhoods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stock outs

2. Keep daily records of stock in and out

3. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records

4. Help ensure proper labelling and storage of items.

5. Label and organize inventory in storage locations

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

1–2 years experience in inventory or warehouse management (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software

Strong numerical and record-keeping skills

Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Physical stamina to lift or move inventory items (if required)
