Job Description
Provide comprehensive information about available properties, services, and company policies
Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, prospects, and stakeholders
Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback
Investigate and resolve client issues related to properties, payments, and services
Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments or senior management
Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
