About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Female Marketing Staff with proven experience in the insurance industry to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role based on Lagos Island, offering flexibility, performance-based incentives, and a vibrant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell insurance products and services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Generate leads through digital channels and physical outreach.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Provide timely and professional follow-up with clients.
Requirements:
Must be female (gender-specific requirement for team balance).
Proven experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Must be tech-savvy and proficient in digital tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid setup.
