Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our technical sales team and drive business growth. With 7–10 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in selling technical or industrial products and managing sales teams. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, mentoring sales executives, and ensuring that customer needs are met with the right technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share.
• Lead and manage a team of technical sales executives, setting performance goals and providing coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to align customer needs with technical offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex sales deals with key stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, support, and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor team performance and generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in technical sales
• Strong knowledge of technical or industrial products relevant to the business
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
