Job Description

• Minimum of 15 years’ post-qualification experience in construction project supervision and management.

• Must be a certified Architect (NIA/ARCHON) or Civil Engineer (COREN/NSE). PMP certification is an added advantage.

• At least 5 years in a senior management role within a reputable construction company or project management firm.

• Direct project management experience on at least two medium-scale (50-unit) housing projects within the last five years.

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate all phases of development projects from concept to execution.

• Experienced in managing both in-house builds and third-party contractor projects, including infrastructure works.

• Strong background in enforcing construction best practices, quality control, and health & safety protocols.

• Capable of conducting profitability analysis and managing project budgets, margins, and resource utilization.

• Responsible for aligning project execution with design concepts, timelines, and cost targets.

• Ability to lead policy reviews, update construction and safety procedures, and drive regulatory compliance.

• Experienced in developing and implementing internal training programs and technical capacity-building initiatives.

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Strong personal integrity, resilience, and the ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.
