Job Description

Business: He Exceptional Children’s Tribe (Online Mentoring for Kids)
Location: Remote | Part-Time
Gender: Male
Benefit : 10k extra for weekly target met, 40k extra for monthly target reached.

Job Responsibilities:

- Post daily on FB, IG, TikTok & WhatsApp
- Create graphics that match our brand
- Make short videos & thumbnails for YouTube
- Manage our WhatsApp group (send voice notes, reminders, etc.)
- Do birthday shoutouts for the kids
- Send weekly YouTube videos to the group
- Host Zoom live sessions with the children
- Engage with other pages to grow our audience
- Run basic ads (FB/IG)
- Create a monthly content calendar
- Caption writing and design support
- whatsapp bulk messages / direct messages

Requirements:

- Creative, organized, tech-savvy
- Good with kids and parents
- Able to work with little supervision
- Highly self motivated and dependable

KPIs will include:

- Growth in followers & engagement
- Content consistency, scheduling and posting
- Group engagement & class attendance reminders
- Video posting , management and ad performance
