Marketer

Location: Garki, Abuja
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Operations Manager

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketer to drive customer acquisition and engagement for the Wakafoods platform. You will be responsible for promoting Wakafoods, onboarding new users, and generating orders through innovative campaigns and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers to the Wakafoods platform.
Actively promote Wakafoods services in target locations, including marketplaces, offices, schools, and events.
Conduct field marketing, distribute flyers, and perform direct outreach to potential users.
Educate potential users on how to sign up and place orders through the Wakafoods app and website.
Collaborate with the digital team on social media campaigns and promotions.
Report weekly on marketing activities, order numbers, and sign-up statistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and community leaders.
Gather market insights and provide feedback to improve Wakafoods services.
Performance Targets
Generate a minimum of 30 completed orders per week through personal marketing efforts.
Achieve at least 50 new user sign-ups per week on the Wakafoods platform.

Requirements
OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1+ year of relevant marketing or sales experience, preferably in food delivery or FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Abuja’s neighborhoods and marketplaces is an added advantage.
