Job Description

Lead and motivate a sales team:
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated and focused on achieving their goals.
Recruit and train new team members:
Contribute to the hiring process and provide ongoing training to ensure the team possesses the necessary skills.
Set and monitor sales goals:
Develop realistic and challenging sales targets for the team and track their performance against those targets.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies:
Create and refine sales plans to achieve overall company sales objectives, considering market trends and competitor activity.
Manage the sales pipeline:
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales process, ensuring efficient and timely closing.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
Actively seek out and develop new leads and prospects, expanding the company's customer base.
Negotiate and close deals:
Manage complex sales negotiations, securing favorable terms and agreements with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships:
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as a client liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Handle client inquiries and complaints:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports:
