Job Description
Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Applicants must reside in or near Abule Egba
Salary: ₦80,000 per month
Work Days: 6 days weekly (schedule set by management)
Working hours : 8AM to 8PM
Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dependable and detail-focused Store Supervisor to oversee the operations of our mini mart in Abule Egba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory tracking, supervising store personnel, and ensuring smooth and efficient daily store activities.
Key Duties:
Perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Accept, verify, and neatly arrange new stock deliveries.
Keep track of product expiry dates and ensure timely rotation of items.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
Oversee daily responsibilities of store staff and assign tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and customer-ready store environment.
Provide management with timely updates and stock reports.
Assist in making informed decisions on stock replenishment and pricing.
Ensure all store operations align with internal guidelines and standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE or OND; additional certification in retail or logistics is a plus.
Relevant experience in store management, retail operations, or inventory control.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Good numerical skills and keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must live within Abule Egba or its surrounding areas.
Basic computer or POS knowledge is advantageous.
