Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Admin/Production Officer to join our team and ensure smooth daily operations across both administrative and production functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Coordinate daily office operations and maintain records.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and production timelines.
• Prepare and submit reports on production metrics and inventory levels.
• Assist in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Production Oversight:
• Supervise and support baking staff during production, if needed
• Ensure that all products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor the production process to meet deadlines and minimize waste.
• Assist with recipe development, testing, and scaling up production.
• Train new staff on production procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any related field.
• Proven experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and production flow.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
