Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Abuja. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the roofing and solar solutions market.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
● Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, ministries, construction departments, and private-sector stakeholders to secure product supply orders.
● Identify and engage with large construction, engineering, and real estate companies for long-term sales partnerships.
● Lead and manage a sales team of 10+ people, set targets, and monitor team performance.
● Oversee the bidding and tendering process for both government and private-sector roofing projects.
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
● Conduct competitive market research and stay updated on industry trends and procurement timelines.
● Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and executive-level presentations.
● Ensure compliance with relevant government procurement policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
----
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the building materials, roofing, or construction industry.
● Strong experience in government and corporate sales, including tendering and contract bidding.
● A solid network of contacts in Abuja’s government and construction ecosystem.
● Demonstrated ability to manage a large sales team and deliver on performance KPIs.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
