Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the school's goals and targets key demographics.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the school's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and webinars, to engage and educate potential students.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram marketing, email marketing, and other social media advertising, to drive website traffic and lead generation.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimising spend to maximise ROI.
Partnerships and Outreach: Cultivate partnerships with industry organisations, influencers, and educational institutions to expand the school's reach and reputation.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Event Coordination: Organise and promote events, workshops, and open houses to attract prospective students and build community engagement.
Student Retention: Collaborate with the Admin team to develop retention strategies and campaigns to ensure high student satisfaction and graduation rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the education or tech industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising. Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills.
