We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and lead our online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web
Plan and manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve web traffic and search rankings
Manage content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
Collaborate with design and product teams to launch new campaigns and product promotions
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc., and provide monthly reports
Drive eCommerce growth through conversion optimization and strategic promotions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sector
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Strong content writing and storytelling skills for social media and blog posts
Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
