Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Abuja. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the roofing and solar solutions market.

We are seeking to hire 3 motivated and result-oriented Sales Supervisors for our:
(1) Zinc product line, including Solar Roofing, Ghana Zinc and Stone Coated Roofing Sheets,
(2) Light Steel Keels (for Ceiling and Room/Office demarcation),
(3) Photovoltaics (PV) Solar System, including Inverter, Batteries and Panel.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the roofing or building materials market in Abuja, especially around the Lugbe-Kuje axis.

Key Responsibilities
----
● Promote and sell Fabcom Structural zinc-based roofing products to contractors, dealers, and end users.
● Promote, advertise and sell our Solar equipments to dealers and end users.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in Kuje and surrounding areas.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Educate clients on product features, benefits, and installation guidelines.
● Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team.
● Prepare weekly sales reports and participate in sales meetings.
● Work closely with the sales team and depot staff to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
----
● Minimum of 1 years experience in field sales, preferably in roofing or building materials.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
● Must reside in Abuja (Kuje or nearby areas preferred), candidate outside Abuja will NOT be considered.
● Knowledge of zinc roofing products is an added advantage.
