The Centre Manager is responsible for managing centre operations and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. He/She leads the development of centre initiatives and improvements for effective delivery of centre programmes and services. The role involves driving the development of procedures, standards, and risk management frameworks to ensure quality teaching, curriculum development, and student well-being. The Centre Manager oversees staff professional development, student enrolment, and manpower requirements for the center.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly experienced individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. The Centre Manager should be able to work in various settings such as early intervention teaching centres, student care centres, special education schools, and other voluntary welfare organisations.
