Now we need a strategic design + product partner to help us scale with clarity, simplicity, and user-first thinking.

Responsibilities
The Role: Product & Design Lead (Founding Team)
You’ll be the first product/design hire — working directly with the founders and engineers to define, design, and deliver every part of the Peepuu experience. This role blends product thinking, UX clarity, interface design, and execution leadership.

You'll help set the roadmap, translate concepts into specs and wireframes, run user feedback loops, and design interfaces that are simple, scalable, and delightful. You’ll also own our design system, templates, brand visuals, and digital assets — shaping how Peepuu looks and feels to the world.

Who We're Looking For
You’re a Strong Fit If You...

Have 3–6 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or product management— ideally in startups or B2C platforms
Have led projects from idea → wireframe → shipped product
Are not just a visual designer — you think in logic, flows, and user behavior
Can lead product work in tools like Figma, Notion, and Miro
Communicate clearly in writing and a sync (we work remote-first)
Care deeply about design systems, structure, and scalability
Are energized by ambiguity, fast sprints, and early-stage product chaos
Want to shape the design culture of a company from scratch
