Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Manager to lead the digital strategy, content development, and online engagement. The ideal candidate must be a tech-savvy, creative communicator with a strong grasp of digital storytelling, analytics, paid media, and online reputation management. A background in managing digital campaigns in an agency or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals
• Create and oversee high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, infographics, carousels, and animations.
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and display networks.
• Manage digital aspects of client accounts, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Manage web assets, SEO/SEM efforts, and online reputation.
• Stay current on digital trends and recommend innovations.
• Work with creative, PR, and brand strategy teams to ensure consistency and quality of digital output.

• Supervise digital vendors and coordinate technical implementations
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and design tools.
• Generate analytics reports that track overall performance and inform social media strategy

Required Competencies

● Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
● 3 to 5 years in digital communications, PR, or marketing, preferably in agency settings.
● Proven ability to develop and lead digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
● Strong skills in social media, content creation, analytics, and SEO/SEM.
● Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
● Leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.
● Project management and multitasking prowess.
● Knowledge of graphic design and video editing skills is a plus
● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Salary:
₦300,000.00 Monthly
