Job Summary:
Marketing Executives will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the real estate firm’s properties and services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
• Create and manage digital marketing content, including social media, email, and website.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to achieve marketing objectives.
• Manage relationships with media and advertising agencies.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations
