Job Description
The HR/Logistics Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of both HR and logistics functions within the organization. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day office activities, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating meetings and staff training, ensuring full compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, and overseeing the effective use and maintenance of company assets such as vehicles and facilities.
Key Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Proven experience in fleet management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good people management and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external events and meetings.
Support training initiatives by identifying needs and organizing training sessions.
Coordinate and manage company vehicles, including maintenance and scheduling.
Handle onboarding processes and update the employee database with new hire information.
Maintain organized filing systems for employee records and company documents.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
Support training initiatives by identifying needs and organizing training sessions.
Manage and oversee the process of statutory compliance.
