Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Oversee daily operations of the company, including departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Production, and IT.
Ensure smooth supply chain operations, including vendor management, distribution, procurement, and fulfillment.

Design and implement business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs across departments and take corrective action when necessary.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Foster a performance-driven, accountable, and inclusive culture.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and department heads.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth business operations.

Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and partnerships as needed.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in coordination with the CFO or finance team.
