Our client, a top player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Lebanese Expatriate with strong international experience to manage and lead all Food & Beverage operations in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance across restaurants, bars, room service, and events.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring quality service across all outlets.
* Lead, coach, and manage F&B staff to meet performance and service standards.
* Develop and manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
* Implement brand standards and ensure service excellence at every touchpoint.
* Conduct training, performance reviews, and foster staff development.
*Requirements*
* Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
* 10–15 years in 4/5-star hotels, with at least 5 years in a senior F&B leadership role.
* Strong operational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Experience in hotel openings or repositioning is a plus.
* Must currently reside in Nigeria.
* Flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
