Job Description

A marketer in an academy is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the academy's programs and services, attract students, and enhance its brand reputation. This role involves a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
Developing and executing marketing plans aligned with the academy's overall goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management:
Creating and managing marketing campaigns across different channels like digital marketing, social media, email, and print.
• Content Creation:
Producing engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and advertisements.
• Brand Management:
Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• Digital Marketing:
Managing the academy's website, social media presence, and online advertising campaigns.
• Market Research:
Conducting market research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis:
Analysing marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise marketing efforts.
• Budget Management:
Managing marketing budgets and expenditures.
