Job Description

Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure

Install/configure hardware for smart-home and office tech setups

Ensure security, backup, and smooth IT operations

Provide user support and technical assistance

Collaborate with engineers on smart integration projects
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 2 years’ IT support or networking experience

Familiarity with smart-home/IoT systems is an added advantage

Proficient in troubleshooting, network management, and system configuration

Strong communication and team collaboration skills
