Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in our freight forwarding and logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet/exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Conduct market research, prepare presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage customer issues, stay updated on industry trends, and utilize CRM software
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and ability to close sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
