Job Description
Project Management: Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Site Assessment: Conducting site inspections to assess conditions, constraints, and compliance with regulations and specifications.
Design Implementation: Applying design plans created by civil engineers and ensuring that they are implemented correctly during construction.
Quality Control: Monitoring construction activities to ensure that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that arise on-site, including design changes, material shortages, or safety concerns.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as environmental standards.
Collaboration: Working closely with architects, other engineers, surveyors, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of construction progress, changes, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Health and Safety Management: Implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
