Job Description

Job Summary:
Ensure a clean, organized, and functional environment at Workcity, providing essential support through cleaning duties and assisting with various errands to maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks
Ensure all communal facilities (e.g., kitchen, lounge) are tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the relevant team members promptly.
Assist with running various errands as required, which may include picking up supplies, delivering documents, or other logistical tasks.
Provide general assistance to the Community team as needed to support daily operations.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage supplies for cleaning, restrooms, and kitchen areas, informing the relevant person when restocking is needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC certificate.
Proven experience in a cleaning, facilities support, or assistant role, preferably in an office or commercial environment.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Skills:
Attention to detail, reliability, ability to work independently, good physical stamina, and a proactive attitude.
