Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas, inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, social media content, flyers, and other visual communications in line with the organization’s branding standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design & Visual Communication

Develop creative designs for print and digital media including flyers, posters, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.

Create visual content that effectively conveys the intended message to the target audience.

Brand Identity

Ensure consistency of brand identity and guidelines across all designs.

Contribute to strengthening the company’s brand image through impactful designs.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Follow design briefs and collaborate with content writers, marketers, and managers to achieve project goals.

Feedback & Revisions

Incorporate feedback and suggested edits from stakeholders promptly.

Ensure final designs are error-free, high quality, and meet required specifications.

Innovation & Creativity

Stay updated with emerging design trends, software, and technologies.

Bring innovative ideas to enhance visual communication strategies.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, branding, and other departments to produce cohesive and effective designs.

Support the team with other creative tasks as needed, including photography or basic video editing if required.

Production Preparation

Prepare final designs for print and ensure correct file formats, dimensions, and resolutions.

Liaise with printing vendors when necessary to ensure quality and timely delivery.
