Hurry Drop Logistics is a fast-growing delivery company dedicated to providing reliable, timely, and efficient delivery services for our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods and packages from our clients to their final destinations.

Job Description:
As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of delivering items for our clients. Your role will focus on overseeing daily delivery operations, optimizing delivery routes, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time, safely, and in accordance with our service standards. You will ensure that clients receive their items efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily delivery operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with client expectations.
Coordinate with the dispatch and driver teams to assign delivery tasks and ensure efficient scheduling of routes.
Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring that goods are delivered accurately and safely to the correct locations.
Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure drivers are adhering to safety and traffic regulations, and provide support when issues arise during deliveries.
Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues related to delivery timelines or product damage.
Manage and track deliveries in real-time, ensuring that all orders are being processed efficiently and on schedule.
Resolve any delivery-related challenges, such as delays, wrong addresses, or logistical hurdles, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Prepare and analyze delivery reports, assessing the performance of the logistics team and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries, including proof of delivery and inventory control.
Collaborate with customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns related to delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar delivery-based role.
Strong understanding of delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected delivery challenges.
Ability to lead and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel effectively.
Knowledge of safety standards and local delivery regulations.
Proficiency in using tracking systems, GPS tools, and logistics management software.
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
